Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- 4. Add the flour to the pan and stir well to combine with the butter and onion mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
- 6. Add the diced tomatoes, tuna, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- 7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
- 8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
