Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chilli. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the drained tuna and capers to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine with the tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
