Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced chilli. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the drained tuna and capers to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine with the tuna mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
