Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ripe tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
