- 2 cups of rice
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of palm oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
