Ingredients

  • 6 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
