  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot starch (optional, for extra crispiness)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Press the tofu using a tofu press or paper towels to remove excess moisture.
