Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess water.
  • Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Add the nutritional yeast and breadcrumbs to the bowl and toss again to coat.
  • Spread the tofu cubes out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
