- 500g durian flesh
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
