Ingredients
- 200g tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, and julienned carrot for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fried tofu cubes back into the pan and mix well.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sweet soy sauce and tamarind juice. Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables in the pan.
- Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with sliced cucumber, fried shallots, and crushed peanuts.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
