Ingredients

  • 200g tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, sauté the cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrot for 2-3 minutes.
