Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
