Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
