- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Wash and peel the sweet potato. Cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Place the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
