- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
