  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls

Instructions
