Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- 2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
- 3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- 4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat with remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
- 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
