Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then, slice it into thin strips.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and hot sauce.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, sliced bell peppers, sliced jalapenos, and chopped cilantro among the tortillas.
- Top each tortilla with the sliced chicken.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve.
