  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
