  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
