Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
