Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, minced

Directions

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chipotle pepper to make the sauce.
