Ingredients
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
