Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
  • Add in shredded chicken, sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
