Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
- Add in shredded chicken, sliced bell pepper, mushrooms, and green onions.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
- Add the sauce to the pot and stir to combine.
- Add in ramen noodles and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until noodles are tender.
