Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, vinegar, brown sugar, cumin, paprika, and chili powder.
