Ingredients
- 1 can of spam
- 1 cup of diced onions
- 1 cup of diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Cook until the vegetables are softened and slightly browned.
- Add the can of spam to the skillet and break it up into small pieces.
- Cook until the spam is heated through and slightly crispy.
- Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried sage, and dried marjoram to the skillet.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
