Ingredients

  • 1 can of spam

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet.
  • Cook until the vegetables are softened and slightly browned.
  • Add the can of spam to the skillet and break it up into small pieces.
  • Cook until the spam is heated through and slightly crispy.
  • Add the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried sage, and dried marjoram to the skillet.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
