Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the meatballs are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the meatballs are browned, remove them from the skillet and set aside. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the marinara sauce for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti noodles.
