Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  • While the meatballs are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.
  • Once the meatballs are browned, remove them from the skillet and set aside. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
  • Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
  • Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the marinara sauce for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti noodles.
  • Enjoy!
