Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Whisk the egg and melted butter in a separate bowl, then add it to the sourdough mixture.
- Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
