Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Whisk the egg and melted butter in a separate bowl, then add it to the sourdough mixture.
