Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of lentils
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
