Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and brush the BBQ sauce all over the ribs.
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
