Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 275°F.
  • Mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  • Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
