Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slices pickles

Preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat until smoking hot.
