  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (such as baby bellas or white mushrooms)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
