  • 4 saj breads

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the beef or chicken, onion, bell peppers, tomato, parsley, mint, tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the meat mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through.
