Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots), chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
  • 4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
