Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet and cook until they are opaque and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
