Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
