Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream and shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
