Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream and shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese on top.
