- 1 lb shark tail
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Place shark tail in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure to coat both sides.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the shark is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
