Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, diced pickles, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.
- Press mixture into a seven-shaped cake pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
