Ingredients
- 1 cup dried seamoss
- 4 cups water
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the seamoss thoroughly and soak it in water for 24 hours.
- 2. Drain the water and blend the seamoss with 4 cups of fresh water until smooth.
- 3. In a pot, heat the blended seamoss on medium heat and add the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- 4. Stir the mixture constantly until it thickens and becomes creamy.
- 5. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
