Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried seamoss
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the seamoss thoroughly and soak it in water for 24 hours.
  • 2. Drain the water and blend the seamoss with 4 cups of fresh water until smooth.
  • 3. In a pot, heat the blended seamoss on medium heat and add the coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • 4. Stir the mixture constantly until it thickens and becomes creamy.
  • 5. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • 6. Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • 7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
