Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Serve the seafood sensation burgers on the toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
