Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta, preferably short cut
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat), thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • Lemon wedges for serving
