- 8 ounces pasta, preferably short cut
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat), thawed if frozen
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- Lemon wedges for serving
