Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 pound of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat)
  • 1 cup of marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top the pasta with the cooked seafood, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
