Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten for coating
  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Soft-boil 6 eggs: Boil for 5 minutes then plunge into ice water.

    Mix sausage, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard in a bowl.
