Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
  • 1 cup dairy-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a food processor, combine the flour, salt, and paprika. Add the dairy-free butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add the shredded dairy-free cheddar cheese and pulse until combined.
  • Slowly add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the crackers.
  • Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
