Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
- 1 cup dairy-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2-3 tbsp cold water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a food processor, combine the flour, salt, and paprika. Add the dairy-free butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add the shredded dairy-free cheddar cheese and pulse until combined.
- Slowly add the cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the crackers.
- Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
