Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
