Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions
