Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh salmon, cubed
  • 1/2 lb fresh tuna, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cubed salmon and tuna.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and honey to make the marinade.
  • Pour the marinade over the fish and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
