Ingredients
- 1/2 lb fresh salmon, cubed
- 1/2 lb fresh tuna, cubed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup edamame
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cubed salmon and tuna.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and honey to make the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the fish and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
