Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, pressing it gently into the flesh.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Using a fork, flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- To assemble the tacos, place a spoonful of the flaked salmon onto each tortilla.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
- Squeeze a wedge of lime over each taco.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
