Ingredients
- 8 ounces salmon fillets
- 8 ounces noodles
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- 5. Add the cooked noodles and the soy sauce mixture to the skillet with the broccoli. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- 6. Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces and add it to the skillet. Gently toss to combine.
