Ingredients

  • 8 ounces salmon fillets
  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
