Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and top with the sautéed mushrooms.
