  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
