Rouge's Chocolate Jewel Bars
These decadent bars are a chocolate lover's dream. Rich, fudgy brownie base topped with a layer of creamy chocolate ganache and studded with colorful candy jewels.

- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup candy jewels
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract.
