- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup candy jewels or colorful candies
