Ingredients
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
- Roast in the oven for 2.5-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
- Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
