Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
  • Roast in the oven for 2.5-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
