Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and cook until they become translucent.
- Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Add the bell pepper, carrot, and peas, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the rice and chicken mixture, and stir until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
