Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, and cook until they become translucent.
  • Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink.
  • Add the bell pepper, carrot, and peas, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.

  • Pour the sauce over the rice and chicken mixture, and stir until everything is well coated.
