Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) for about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked rice.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir everything together until well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
