Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot.
- Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked rice, frozen peas, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet.
- Stir everything together and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
