  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1.75 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
