  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 scallions, sliced

Directions

  3. 3

Add red capsicum, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

Sprinkle with sliced scallions before serving.

  8. 8

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
